The biggest difference is in the shoulders. The shoulders on this version slope with the natural line of your shoulders, while hers has very pointed shoulders.
You could try adding shoulder pads to achieve the same look. You’ll need to practice tying the knot she uses in her styling, but it’s not terribly hard once you figure it out (I did it and I am by no means good at tying anything).
But even if you don’t want to replicate this look exactly, the coat is beautiful as is. I am an American size S, and I ordered a S. It fits perfectly.
